1) Word File:

So, here is an very interesting and easy way to repair the CORRUPTED WORD. In this trick we just need to download a word file repair tool. You can easily get it from wordfilerepairtool.net to recover word document.

after downloading this repair tool you will find the home page of this tool something like this-

Now just browse the corrupted file from the place where it is saved and click on REPAIR. Once the process completes a new window will appear, which will ask you to safe the file. Browse the file name where you want to safe the repaired file and click on SAVE.

That's it you are done. When you open the repaired file you will see the original information present in that file.

2) DOC file:

Firstly, click the excel file which you want to repair and click on drop-down list and click on OPEN AND REPAIR-

 then click on repair. After repairing it you will get back your original values.

Secondly, click the excel file which you want to repair. Click on drop-down list and OPEN AND REPAIR and then click on EXTRACT DATA. There you are, you will get the repaired excel file.

4) USB

One common problem we all face while transferring data through pen-drive is when our folder changes to shortcut. As everyone knows shortcut folder does not hold any data which results in our data loss. So, here we are sharing an easy way to recover the data from the shortcut folder without using any software. 

1st step- Open CMD

2nd step- Type cd\drive_name (which you want to recover)

3rd step- Type attrib -r -h -s > enter

4th step - Again type aattrib -r -h -s > tab space

after hitting the tab you will see the number of folder names displaying on the screen. Now select the folder name which you want to recover.

5th step- After selecting folder name press enter.

This will repair our file. Now just go to your pen-drive folder and you will be able to see the content of the short cut folder.

5) Checking corrupted file

In the end we want to share a simple cmd trick through which you can check whether you have any corrupted file on your system or not. This is only two steps process to check for missing or corrupt files.

1st- Right click on CMD and select run as administrator, and hit enter

2nd- Type sfc/scannow press enter,

 Now it will take some time to scan your computer. If the cmd screen is something like this-

then it means that your computer does not have any corrupted files. If you have any corrupted file then you can use any of the above given method depending upon the file type.
